  • 8 vine-ripe tomatoes, quartered and seeds removed
  • 1 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 4–5 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
