Nutrition Activity
There is no doubt that meal planning is the key to eating healthy. Keep a well stocked pantry, refrigerator and freezer filled with healthy foods. Create meal plans or use the ones from the Oldways 28 day menu plan provided. Make a food list before going to the grocery store to avoid buying high calorie foods you don’t need. Bring healthy snacks to work, and if possible keep a small refrigerator in the office packed with healthy items like yogurt, salads, hummus, fruit, and vegetables.

Exercise (Always check with your doctor before starting any exercise program)
Swimming is one of those activities that utilizes all of our muscle groups and is fun. If you have access to a pool, include a swim a few times a week for fun, enjoyment and exercise.
