Welcome to Class

Goals:

  • Learn how to read food labels
  • Introduction to the “Run Walk Run” method by Olympian Jeff Galloway
  • Take time for yourself each day to relax. Learn your life purpose
  • Continue writing and implementing 3 SMART goals per week. One each for nutrition, exercise and taking time for yourself. Keep food records. Journal
  • Daily Mantra “The best is yet to come”

Label Reading is a great tool for meal planning


Exercise (Always check with your doctor before starting any exercise program)

The Run Walk Run method can increase your intensity but allow your body to recover so you are less likely to get injured. You can train for a 5k or up to a marathon using this method.
