For busy people, veggie snacks need to be easy. Here is one that is so easy, that anyone can do it easily, and even the organic stuff is not expensive.
Buy organic celery hearts at Trader Joe’s or your favorite produce place. You get an extra merit point for buying this at your local farmer’s market :-)
Wash and separate into 2 stalks each and store in your fridge.
This is a great crunchy snack that will give you some fiber and potassium. Most of you are used to celery with peanut butter or some kind of dip. Try just the celery. Enjoy the taste of just celery.
