Getting Started with Good Knives
One of my first investments in the kitchen were good knives. The 3 knives that I use consistently are the Chef, Serrated and Paring Knife. I make sure to keep my “Steele” close by to ensure a straight edge on my Chef knife and I only use bamboo cutting boards.

Enjoy the Kitchen
I really enjoy the kitchen! It’s my place to create and experiment with food. It allows me to unwind and relax from the day and provides me an opportunity to be grateful and thankful. Most importantly it connects me to nature, family and friends.
