Welcome to Enjoy the Kitchen! My goal is to inspire and motivate you to get in the kitchen and prepare healthy meals using whole foods.

I really enjoy the kitchen!  It’s my place to create and experiment with food. It allows me to unwind and relax from the day and provides me an opportunity to be grateful and thankful. Most importantly it connects me to nature, family and  friends.
